Each session weaves movement, breath, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, meditation, and conversation into one experience, designed entirely around one specific body: yours. Your history, your holding patterns, your numb or guarded places, your relationship with movement itself. This is not a class you attend. It is a practice built for you, drawn from more than three decades of lived experience and professional practice.
